Cookery Master Class

The Priory Bay’s Coach House is the intimate venue for the hotel’s hands-on residential Cookery Master Class. 

Alexis Gauthier sees the Master Classes as an opportunity to pass on some of his know-how and passions. 
He also likes to use the lessons as a team-building experience, and specializes in offering fun company days out, which are in fact focused around encouraging people to work together on the edge of their comfort zone.
