Michelin starred Executive chef Alexis Gauthier now offers Cookery Master Classes at the Priory Bay Hotel.
His main passion focuses on the use of quality ingredients sourced from their immediate environs and from across the British Isles.
The Cookery Master Classes will teach you some of the techniques which enable apparently simple combinations of flavours to inspire the palate.
Following Alexis’ philosophy, classes are based on the seasons and ingredients available locally on the Isle of Wight, from Bembridge Blue lobster to locally farmed free-range veal, and even ceps from Priory woods.
